We booked a suite at the hotel, and asked on booking.com for room 209, unfortunately, it doesn’t appear our request made it through… So the first night we stayed in a very small, almost claustrophobic like suite. However, after talking with the front desk, the next day, they moved us to another room with an outside window, and was much better and much larger, So thanks to them for that.

Beautiful rooms and a friendly bar staff at the connected bar and restaurant. Food was good.

We really enjoyed the historical nature of the hotel. The interior common area architecture is great. The employees are all extremely helpful & friendly. Proximity to the KeyBank Center is very good ... just 10 minutes walk.

The property was awesome loved it. Felt like I went back in time. So much history. Very cool. Staff were so nice and helpful.

This hotel is a Crown Gem for the Queen City. It is an amazing collaboration of the rich Buffalo history and architecture mixed with modern-day technology and decor. I had chills in the foyer and hallways thinking of the people who have walked through in the past. Awesome place and cannot wait to visit again. Also, the Junior suite was incredible. Perfect for a date weekend with my wife.

everything. the newly appointed receptionist in the morning time was very helpful and also provided me with the water bottle ( for free) as the restaurant nearby was closed by them. Great customer service -Thanks Sagar for understanding my situation as I was real thirsty and it was snowing outside
